Usually it’s harder to photograph newborns who are overdue, they seem to act more like 1 month olds, but this little guy, even tho he was 2 weeks overdue was simply “baked” to perfection. Â He was one of the few who stayed asleep for the majority of the time and I could mold him to my liking. Â I can’t get over all his hair and his chubba cheeks. Â Looks like you guys are on a roll of coming up with the perfect baby recipes. (insert groan with all the cheesy puns I just did hehehe)Â Â I wish I could post more, but I’m sure mom would like to keep some as a surprise for the baby announcements.
I couldn’t resist also putting up a pic of his big sister that I photographed at the same age over 2 years ago! Â I love watching families grow.

New born Winnipeg baby Grace…. what a delight and quite a little angel she looks to be. Of course she is little miss sunshine. Congratulations.
I’m not an athletic person at all and I don’t care to watch sports games, but for some reason I couldn’t stay away form the winter olympics this time around. Â I’m not sure if it’s because it was hosted in Canada, or the fact that I wanted to see the first Canadian to win gold on Canadian soil, or maybe it’s simply because I’m more mature and able to appreciate it better. Â Whatever the reason, all I know is that Canada rocks! Â 14 gold medals! Â We set the new record for gold medals won and best yet, we beat out USA, both in gold medals and the Women and Men’s hockey!
I really enjoyed looking thru facebook yesterday and seeing everyone’s statuses were related to the Olympics or some sort of Canadian pride. Â I can’t believe all the emotion that is behind these sports and their athletes. Â It is truly awesome to be living in such a great country. Â GO CANADA!!!!!

It’s really funny how almost every guys HATES photo shoots. Â I haven’t pin pointed exactly what it is that they hate so much, but I do know how much of a fuss they will make to have it done and over with. Â I knew this photo shoot wasn’t going to be any different as Rob was already complaining a whole month before about how much he didn’t want to do it. Â So I made a deal with him. Â Christine would get her nice shoot at a location of her choice, and Rob could get one with his first love, hockey. Â I believe Rob’s words were “I’m so happy right now!” during the hockey portion.
